	Winemakers' Reserve Late Harvest Marlborough Riesling
                This limited release is an exciting addition to our Winemakers’ Reserve range of wines. This wine will provide the perfect end to many special dinners over the next few years and beyond! Offering flavours of pineapples and lemon with layers of honeysuckle and grapefruit, the finish is soft and lingering with a hint of toffee.            
        
        
        
    Tasting Notes
                    Tropical fruit, apricot marmalade and honeyed flavours with good depth.                
                    Winemaker Notes
                    The most botrytised bunches were hand selected on the 8th of June. The grapes were gently whole bunch pressed.  16% was fermented in lightly toasted new and older French oak barriques with the remaining fermented at cooler temperatures in tank. After 6 months the wine was assembled and bottled.                
                    Food Pairing
