Through the looking glass

Wine makers always like to keep an eye on their wines, which can be quite difficult as most of a wine’s life is spent in large tanks.

That’s why we love our site glass. It allows us to see what’s running from tank to tank and look for gas, lees, dissolved oxygen and anything else that’ll affect the quality of the wine. If we see sediment flowing through it’s time to turn the pumps off.
