There's no team without tea

When working in the fields and on the vines in the early days, Mara would always bring Josip his tea at 10am and 3pm.

To this day, the tradition continues. Everyone in the vineyards, winery and the offices downs tools twice a day to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. It’s more than a break from the work; it’s a twice-daily bit of teambuilding. Sports results are debated, long-running jokes are kept alive, and any ‘new kid’ soon learns who has the loudest opinions or the most unlikely stories.
