A pretty and refreshing Rosé, crisp, fragrant, and medium-dry in style with flavours of orchard fruit, ripe citrus and a hint of strawberry. A perfect accompaniment to a sunny afternoon or picnic!
Tasting Notes
Notes of strawberry, apple and citrus on the nose, that flow through nicely on to the palate. A touch of vanilla and spice add complexity on the finish to round off this juicy wine.
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was crushed and pressed with minimal skin contact to attain a pale pink colour in the wine. We fermented at cool to cold temperatures to capture delicate and aromatic varietal characters. The new wines were then blended and filtered to produce a fresh and well fruited wine.
Food Pairing
The perfect accompaniment to a picnic on a sunny afternoon, or alongside spicy Indian cuisine.
