The fragrant dry style of this New Zealand Rosé is produced from a blend of varietals sourced from premium vineyards.
Would be a perfect accompaniment to a summer picnic or alongside spicy Indian cuisine.
After harvest, the grapes were quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice was fermented at a range of temperatures and with various yeast strains. After extensive tasting trials by the winemakers, and some time of lees to build texture, this Rose was blended and bottled.
Orchard fruit aromas, and ripe citrus with a hint of strawberry.
Soft, well fruited entry, with peach, apple and melon leading. Nice drive with lemon and lime notes continuing onto the juicy finish. Pretty and refreshing.
